The M2B_CPU connector shares bandwidth with the ASMedia USB4 controller. When a device is installed in M2B_CPU, both this slot and the corresponding USB4 port operate at a maximum bandwidth of x2. With Ryzen 8000 Phoenix 1 or Phoenix 2 processors, the USB4 port operates at a maximum of x2 and the M2B_CPU connector is unavailable.
