With AMD Ryzen™ 9000 Series processors, maximum overclocking frequencies depend on the installed configuration: up to 8200+ MT/s with 1DPC 1R, 6400+ MT/s with 1DPC 2R or 2DPC 1R, and 6000+ MT/s with 2DPC 2R.
CUDIMM compatibility, POR boot frequency and achievable speeds may vary depending on the processor and memory configuration. DIMM slots feature a retention latch on one side only.
PCIe 5.0 slot for advanced graphics cards
The MSI PRO X870E-S EVO WIFI has two PCIe x16 slots and one PCIe x1 slot. The primary slot connects directly to the processor and supports PCIe 5.0 x16 with Ryzen™ 9000 and 7000 processors, providing the bandwidth required for high-performance graphics cards.

To create a fast and flexible storage system, the motherboard integrates three M.2 slots and four 6 Gb/s SATA connectors. The primary M.2 slot connects directly to the processor and can support PCIe 5.0 x4 drives, while the other two support PCIe 4.0 x4.
