ICY DOCK Removable 4-bay rack for 2.5-inch drives FLEXIDOCK-SATA-SAS-5,25" MB024SP-B 1825967

The Icy Dock flexiDOCK MB024SP-B is a trayless removable frame with four drive bays that integrates 2.5-inch SAS / SATA drives into the front 5.25-inch bay of computer systems for easy drive replacement. It is compatible with four 2.5-inch SAS/SATA hard drives or solid-state drives up to 9.5 mm in height and uses SATA III transfer speeds of 6 Gbit/s. With its simple, trayless docking-station-style design, installing or removing drives has never been easier. Simply slide in 2.5" hard disk drives (HDDs) or solid-state drives (SSDs) for quick access to data, and safely remove them by manually ejecting the drive. The fan was intentionally removed from the MB024SP-B to reduce the high noise levels generated by the fan. It is designed to produce minimal noise interference and is suitable for any environment with low acoustic requirements. Thanks to the additional space available at the rear, the MB024SP-B has a shorter depth and fits most computer cases where space is limited. More than 100 ventilation slots are strategically positioned throughout the chassis and motherboard for maximum passive cooling. In addition, the honeycomb-shaped vents at the front and rear of the device work perfectly with the computer fan, quickly dissipating heat around the drives and ensuring that the 2.5" drives operate at optimal temperatures. The flexiDOCK MB024SP-B has four easy-to-read blue LEDs to indicate drive status: a blue LED indicates that a drive is installed and receiving power, while a flashing blue LED indicates that the drive is currently active.
