FRITZ WiFi 6 fibre optic router BOX 5530 FIBER DSP0000026099

FRITZ BOX 5530 FIBER EDITION WIFI ROUTER

The power of fiber optics with fast Wi-Fi 6
The FRITZ!Box 5530 Fiber offers the full functionality of the FRITZ!Box with a fiber-optic connection. Thanks to its interchangeable modules, the FRITZ!Box 5530 can be used very flexibly
on all common fiber-optic connections; no ONT or additional modem is required.
To distribute the wireless signal securely at Gigabit speed, the FRITZ!Box 5530 is equipped with Wi-Fi 6. One 2.5 Gigabit LAN connection and two Gigabit LAN connections complete this device
high-speed.

Works with any connection, thanks to the interchangeable fiber-optic transceiver
AON, GPON, XGS-PON are the most widely used connection types in the fiber-optic market. The FRITZ!Box 5530 offers a modular system for network access via fiber optics, which is
ready for the three most common connection types, AON, GPON and XGS-PON. The appropriate SFP modules are included in the package, depending on the product edition.

Innovative Wi-Fi 6 for a local network with many Wi-Fi devices
The Wi-Fi 6 standard takes into account the constantly increasing number of Wi-Fi devices. From smartphones, tablets, computers, 4K TVs and speakers to smart lamps,
more and more devices are being used simultaneously on the wireless network. By reducing latency, Wi-Fi 6 ensures fast and stable data flow. With a total bandwidth of 2 400 Mbps in the
5 GHz band and 600 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band, it allows many applications to be used simultaneously. Wi-Fi 6 is only activated when data is being transferred, ensuring longer battery life for
mobile devices on the local network.
Powerful Wi-Fi Mesh base
As the base of the Wi-Fi Mesh network, the FRITZ!Box 5530 Fiber is ready to meet the highest demands of the local network. With Wi-Fi Mesh, distributed Wi-Fi nodes (for example, the FRITZ!Box and several
FRITZ!Repeaters) are combined into a single intelligent Mesh wireless network. The FRITZ!Box 5530 Fiber is the central unit of the FRITZ!Mesh network and actively controls all access points, so
that the Wi-Fi devices used on the local network are always connected to the access point with the best connection (Wi-Fi Mesh Steering).
Telephony options for every need
The integrated VoIP PBX has a connection for an analog telephone and a DECT base station for registering up to six cordless phones (for example, all FRITZ!Fon models). Via
Wi-Fi, IP phones and smartphones can also be used as extensions. With an integrated answering machine, local and online phone books, as well as numerous features
With comfort, no wish goes unfulfilled in telephony, even in a professional environment. The FRITZ!Box also controls smart home devices such as smart plugs via DECT
FRITZ!DECT 200 and 210.
