made it possible to communicate with a single client at a time. The
802.11AC Wave 2 MU-MIMO (Multi-User, Multiple Input, Multiple
Output) technology enables communication with multiple clients simultaneously, which
translates into a significant increase in bandwidth and in the
general experience. Under the same circumstances with MU-MIMO, the
Wave 2 devices provide an improvement of up to 75% compared with a
Wave 1 device. This improvement makes it possible to increase performance and/or
support more clients with the same performance.
