The Fanatec CSL DD QR2 (8 Nm) is an exceptional direct-drive wheelbase in a compact design that lets you experience even greater precision and detailed force feedback. When the steering wheel is mounted directly on the motor shaft, there is no belt or gear ratio to distort the force feedback. The first choice of all professional and ambitious sim racers is now available to a wide audience. Thanks to Fanatec’s close relationship with game developers, the CSL DD offers broad compatibility and consistent behaviour across many popular titles. The default tuning menu has been simplified, so beginners can get started quickly without having to worry about the settings. However, the extended tuning menu remains available for advanced drivers and enthusiasts. The CSL DD QR2 (8 Nm) package includes the Boost Kit 180, a powerful 180-watt power supply that lets you make full use of the direct-drive motor’s power. The QR2 was designed for use in real-world motorsport and was first used in the 2022 BMW M4 GT3 race car. The QR2 Lite has the same fitment and is therefore compatible with other QR2 variants.
