This 4-port SATA PCIe adapter uses a combination of high-performance Asmedia chips (ASM1061+ASM1093) to extend 4 SATA ports. Each Serial ATA port supports transfer speeds of
up to 6 Gbps and is compatible with previous-generation SATA drives at 1.5 Gbps or 3 Gbps. In addition, the card supports mode switching and can easily switch
between IDE or AHCI systems.
