The TP-4 silicone thermal pad combines exceptionally low hardness with high thermal conductivity and ensures reliable heat transfer even in demanding applications. Height differences between chips, air gaps and uneven surfaces are optimally compensated for, creating secure, even contact. The material is electrically insulating, non-adhesive and particularly easy to work with. Depending on the contact pressure, the pad can be compressed to 60% of its original thickness. This reduces thermal conductivity and efficiently dissipates heat to the heatsink. Thanks to its low hardness and low contact resistance, several pads can be combined if necessary without significantly affecting heat transfer. The TP-4 is malleable, dampens vibrations and can be easily cut to the desired size.
