The NH-L12Sx77 is a slightly taller variant of the award-winning NH-L12S and offers improved cooling performance as well as greater compatibility with the motherboard and RAM. With six heat pipes instead of four, it offers additional thermal headroom and is still configured by default so that the fan blows through the cooling fins from bottom to top. This not only ensures optimal acoustics in enclosures with perforated side or top panels directly above the radiator, but also helps remove hot air from the system. Due to its greater height, clearance for tall motherboard heatsinks or RAM modules can be increased significantly. At a height of 77 mm, the NH-L12Sx77 remains compact enough to fit in popular small form factor (SFF/SFX) cases such as the Fractal Design Terra, the Silverstone Milo ML12 or the Louqe Raw S1. Equipped with the proven SecuFirm2 mounting system and Noctua's award-winning NT-H2 thermal compound, the NH-L12Sx77 is the perfect choice for SFF builds that require high cooling performance but do not have enough space for the larger NH-C14S or NH-D9L cooling models.
