The NH-U14S TR5-SP6 is a quiet, high-quality 140 mm CPU cooler for workstations and servers with AMD Threadripper and Epyc processors using the TR5/SP6 (sTRX5/sWRX9) socket. Based on the proven TR4-SP3 model, with its large heatsink and contact area covering the entire heat spreader, the TR5-SP6 Revision uses two award-winning 140 mm NF-A15 PWM-controlled fans for maximum performance and excellent acoustics. Together with the pre-applied NT-H2 thermal paste and the professional TR5/SP6 SecuFirm2 mounting system, adapted to the platform’s increased mounting pressure requirements, the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 forms a complete premium package for quiet cooling of TR5-based Threadripper workstations and SP6-based Epyc servers.
