The AC7452 is an official USB Type-C cable with USB-IF certification that supports USB4 80 Gbps and Thunderbolt 5. The AC7452 can achieve data transfer speeds of up to 80 Gbps and handle up to 240 W of power thanks to Extended Power Range (EPR). It supports a maximum resolution of one 16K monitor or two 8K monitors in daisy-chain mode. It is backward compatible with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.2, USB 3.1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.

Fast data, high power and video with ONE cable USB4
The AC7452 features a smart e-marker chip. This chip communicates with connected devices (e.g. laptop or charger) to negotiate which functions the cable supports. The AC7452 can handle data, power and video.

USB4 Version 2.0 at 80 Gbps and Thunderbolt 5 compatibility
The AC7452 USB-C cable features USB4 technology with Thunderbolt 5. It supports a maximum data transfer speed of up to 80 Gbps and also asymmetric transfer: 120 Gbps + 40 Gbps. This results in a higher download speed and a lower upload speed, useful in situations with high download demand.

Power Delivery: Extended Power Range of 240 W
EPR adds additional Power Delivery profiles (28 V, 36 V and 48 V) to the USB4 cable. The AC7452 includes the 48 V profile, which allows up to 240 W of power to be transferred. Cables with SPR (Standard Power Range) can only supply 60 W.

DisplayPort Alternate Mode protocol
The USB4 Version 2.0 cable supports the DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) 2.1 protocol for sending video over USB-C. The AC7452 offers a maximum resolution of one 16K monitor at 120 Hz or two 8K monitors at 120 Hz in MST configuration.
