LINDY 8-port KVM switch DISPLAYPORT-1.2-USB 2.0 4K 39540 100209091

With a KVM switch, users can conveniently control and manage multiple devices, such as PCs and servers, from a single keyboard, mouse and display console. The DisplayPort 1.2 USB 2.0 KVM Switch is designed for use with PCs and Macs. It features DisplayPort video ports and a dual-port USB 2.0 hub for connecting and sharing peripherals. Thanks to audio support, speakers or headphones can also be connected. The switch occupies just one rack unit in a 19-inch rack. It supports display resolutions of up to 4K Ultra HD, 60H, making it ideal for graphics-intensive content in gaming, video editing or multi-workstation control setups. The device offers 2 easy switching modes, using keyboard shortcuts and front-panel buttons. A local console can be connected to the two USB ports and the rear DP port. The integrated 2-port USB 2.0 hub is used to share peripherals between connected computers, saving the cost of purchasing additional devices. The unique separate switching option allows the USB hub to be switched independently of the PCs, so users can print, scan or access external drives without interruption. These optional functions can be accessed using keyboard shortcuts.
