Simply plug in the smoker, set the desired temperature and time on the digital control, and it does all the work! Thanks to the patented side wood chip loading system, you can experiment with different flavours without having to open the smoker door. The fully insulated body retains heat exceptionally well. You can use dry or soaked wood chips in the MES 140B digital electric smoker. Dry chips burn faster and produce more intense smoke, while chips soaked in water for about 30 minutes burn more slowly and produce a milder smoky flavour.
